I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Max and Carl. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station. It was also convenient for transportation and getting taxis. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice view. The hotel facilities were excellent.

We stayed at this hotel and it was extremely convenient being right next to the TangQiao subway station. The location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Just steps away from the metro station, it was a breeze to get around and make our way to different parts of the city. Additionally, there was a mall nearby, which was perfect for any quick purchases we needed to make during our stay. The hotel staff were also attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring our check-in and check-out process was efficient.

Had an amazing week-long stay at the Four Points hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a breathtaking view. The breakfast had a nice variety and the front office staff were very accommodating. We were even given a riverside room, which was a perfect touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location - right next to TangQiao subway station and within walking distance of a mall. Getting around the city was a breeze, thanks to the train station being right beside the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the welcoming reception to the concierge who always had a smile on their face. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch.

Hotel room, bathroom, toilet and decoration are very nice. Cleanliness is fantastic. Convenient location with a subway station right outside the hotel. Super friendly and polite concierge. Efficient check-in and check-out process. Discount for breakfast as a SPG member.

The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to a subway station and within walking distance of several restaurants.
The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor in the hallways and room. The room was not well-maintained, with a dirty bathroom and stained bedding.
